  Please be aware that due to the nature of our work, our engineer may arrive up to one hour later than the scheduled time. Please avoid using the boiler for two hours before our visit. If possible, kindly provide the boiler's make and model. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate via email, and a friendly auto-yearly reminder will be set up. A gas boiler service is a comprehensive inspection, cleaning, and maintenance procedure per the manufacturer's instructions. A service ensures the boiler operates efficiently and safely. A fully qualified, card-carrying, gas-safe engineer carries this out.   B) Gas boiler/system breakdown callout.

  Please be aware that, due to the nature of our work, our engineer may arrive up to 1 hour after the scheduled time. When booking, please give the boiler's make, model, and fault details in the notes section. An engineer will diagnose and aim to rectify any gas boiler/system issues on this visit if achievable. This is our standard 0-60 minutes callout fee. Any additional work will be charged separately.

  C) Landlord / Homeowner gas safety inspection.

  Please be aware that due to the nature of our work, our engineer may arrive up to one hour later than the scheduled time. The fee is for one appliance; each additional appliance will be charged at £20. Kindly provide your gas appliance's make and model, if known. Gas safety inspections for landlords are yearly checks of gas appliances and systems in a rental property by a certified Gas Safe Registered Engineer. This is a legal requirement. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate (CP12) via email, and a friendly yearly automated reminder will be set up. This procedure is also required for homeowners selling their property.
