B) Gas boiler/system breakdown callout.

Please be aware that, due to the nature of our work, our engineer may arrive up to 1 hour after the scheduled time. When booking, please give the boiler's make, model, and fault details in the notes section. An engineer will diagnose and aim to rectify any gas boiler/system issues on this visit if achievable.

This is our standard 0-60 minutes callout fee.

Any additional work will be charged separately.
