C) Landlord / Homeowner gas safety inspection.

Please be aware that due to the nature of our work, our engineer may arrive up to one hour later than the scheduled time.

The fee is for one appliance; each additional appliance will be charged at £20.

Kindly provide your gas appliance's make and model, if known.

Gas safety inspections for landlords are yearly checks of gas appliances and systems in a rental property by a certified Gas Safe Registered Engineer. This is a legal requirement.

Upon completion, you will receive a certificate (CP12) via email, and a friendly yearly automated reminder will be set up.

This procedure is also required for homeowners selling their property.

The inspection includes:

The inspection usually takes about 30-45 minutes, but it may take longer if repairs are needed.
